Loyalty Rewards Point Redemption

Points are redeemable in the following increments:

500 pts = $50

1,000 pts = $100

3,000 pts = $300

5,000pts= $500

Kalon Wellness reserves all rights to make adjustments or updates on the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time.

In- Store Program Policies

• Loyalty Rewards Points can be collected on all in-store product purchases 

• Loyalty Rewards Points on discounted products + services will be allotted on the discounted price, not the original price.
  

• Redemptions will be on products/services before taxes. Regular provincial/federal taxes will apply.
  

• Loyalty Rewards Points are not transferable.
  

• Point redemption is not applicable to gift certificate purchases.
  

• Online/Phone Program Policies
  

• Loyalty Rewards Points can be collected on and are only applicable for online/phone orders.
  

• Points cannot be transferred from in-store purchases.
  

• Points are not collected and cannot be applied to in-store product purchases of spa services.
  

• Loyalty Rewards Points on discounted products will be allotted on the discounted price, not the original price.
  

• Redemptions will be on products before taxes. Regular provincial/federal taxes will apply.
  

• Loyalty Rewards Points are not transferable.
